THERE IS NO CORRECT OPENING LINE
What can you talk about with Monk?
Bring a concrete difficulty, a feeling you do not yet understand, or a question you have been avoiding. What matters is that the conversation relates to your life and to something you want to understand or care for.
Everyday situations
Monk can help you organize a workplace conflict, prepare a difficult conversation, examine a decision, understand a harmful habit, or find a kinder way through a period of uncertainty.
- “I cannot stop thinking about a mistake I made.”
- “I am angry with someone and fear making things worse.”
- “I have two options and neither gives me peace.”
- “I am exhausted, but struggle to admit that I need to stop.”
Deeper questions
There is also room for loneliness, identity, purpose, loss, guilt, change, and fear of the future. You do not need to turn the subject into a solemn speech. One honest, concrete question usually opens more ground than a perfect explanation.
What this space is not
Monk is not a general assistant for exercises, arbitrary productivity, or capability tests. It also does not diagnose conditions or handle emergencies. If there is immediate danger, violence, a medical crisis, or risk of harm, contact emergency services in your country or someone who can be physically present.
